At Risoree, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and customized specifically for each order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders. All products are made-to-order and tailored according to individual customer requirements, making them non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

While refunds are not available, we do offer an exchange option under specific conditions.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must carefully follow the steps below:

Step 1 : Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The video must start before opening the parcel and continue without any cuts
  • This video is required as proof in case the product is:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Torn or faulty

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.

Step 2: Raise Request Within 5 Days
  • Any exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
Step 3: Exchange Process
  • Once approved, the product will be exchanged with the same item.
    Please note:
  • We do not provide refunds, even after the exchange request is approved.
  • Only product-to-product exchange is allowed.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping charges when sending the product back to us.
  • After the exchange is processed:
    Risoree will cover the delivery
  • charges for sending the exchanged product back to the customer.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only applicable for genuine defects or damages.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Risoree reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the above conditions are not met.
